Right-sided whine: Anyone else getting it, and did you have a resolution?

So I'm probably going to talk to Logitech about this later this week, but I have a faint (usually - on a Mac it's stronger for some reason) but clear whine coming from the right-hand side on the G35. Googling this issue gets me quite a lot of hits - so clearly I'm not alone.

With the exception of this whine issue I've been really impressed with this set (more impressed for what you get than Sennheiser's flagship set, the PC 350), and I'm loathe to see it go due to this fault - because it is something of a deal-killer in the long-term.

Has anyone had satisfaction from Logitech for a resolution of this problem? Have you managed to solve it yourself? Let me know - I *want* to keep these!

When doing my research into whether I should get these, something I came across seems to match your problem exactly. Apparently this is due to a manufacturing error in the early batches of these, and can be replaced by Logitech.
