This is thread I got the info from: forum.xda­-developers.com­/showthread.php­?t­=696189 For future reference XDA is usually a good starting point for any HTC phone. Each phone will have their own sub-forum broken out into four sections. You want to look in the Android Development section and in there the first 5 +/- posts will be a stickied thread with direct links to different tutorials related to your phone.

I'll try to get more info in threads but I try not to give direct info unless I've done the process myself.
