Question about
ArmpitOfDeath

Recently fished these out of storage...

I have a small bunch of these in the storeroom collecting dust, left over from those that I didn't give away. I hate glossy screens for working with a passion, but these were obtained for a reason I now forget. Anyway, I'm on my economy drive recently and in the process of reviewing what to do with all the spare gear - brought a couple home and hooked them up as laptop external screens... and yes, I can see why glossy screens would be popular for home users. The colours do pop.

Anyway, they seem to be crazily vertical viewing angle sensitive. Literally the difference between slouching in my chair vs straightening up a little causes colours to go washed out. Made initial colour adjustment a nightmare. Admittedly I have no other low-end TN screens at home, but it seems to be a little more pronounced than the E228's I'm now starting to retire at work. Is this normal?
