Owners! How is it, i really want a slate for work especially for note taking and emails

don't do it. If that's all you want it for I don't see why not get an Ipad or Touchpad. If you really want windows I would wait until a Windows 8 tablet is available, since 8 will be optimized for slates, which 7 wasn't.
