Question about
Now that there is a unified iPhone 4S SKU for Verizon, Sprint and ATT, which carrier would you choose?
I live in the Denver area and currently have service with Verizon. The coverage is decent but I've read that the touted 14mbps will only work on ATT's GSM network. Would you switch?
I just found a few posts covering this question:

I will probably end up going with Sprint to save some money each month. And it will be nice not needing to worry about how much data I'm using.

If I were in an area where cell coverage were equal across the carriers, I'd go with Sprint because they're generally the cheapest and they still have the unlimited data plans. I feel like out of all the carriers, Sprint and T-Mobile have the most consumer-friendly offerings and I really would like to support that. Unfortunately, I'm currently locked into a two year contract with Verizon.

The thing is that there are quite a few HSPA+ "4G" phones on AT&T and nobody has gotten much better than 3G speeds on them. I would like to see some third party test results in various locations showing actual speeds.
If the iPhone 4S can actually attain the advertised speeds on AT&T's HSPA+ networks, it might be a viable alternative to LTE (but with better battery life). I am doubtful but will wait and see myself before upgrading to the 4S on AT&T (already an iPhone 4 owner on AT&T).
Besides faster data speed, I would love to see better call quality on AT&T as Apple claims but then again they claimed the same thing with iPhone 4 previously.

I'm thinking about switching to sprint for the unlimited data and calls to any cellphone plan. 79.99!! I am usually always in metropolitan areas so I don't care about service in the boonies.
