Not switching input after turning on

I'm using this with an LG 47LH40 and some other components. With any activity that I have set, if nothing is on at first, the remote will turn everything else on that is supposed to be, as well as the tv, but then it won't switch the TV to the correct input. I tried messing with the delays in the Harmony software, but I have not had any success. I also did a quick Google search and came up with nothing. I called Harmony's support line for them only to tell me they were doing a system update and to call back later. I guess I will try to call back tomorrow, but I was just wondering if anyone else had any problems similar to this?

Alright, so after a bunch of frustration and troubleshooting (both by myself with the help of Logitech's online articles and their phone service) I was able to get everything working.

For some reason I could not manually change the power on delay from within the software. In the screenshots I was seeing online, it showed that I should be able to, but that option never showed up. Also there is a menu on the remote itself that you access by holding the 'Help' button for 5 seconds. This allows you to change the power on and inter-device delays. However, even after changing this on the remote and then updating with the software, it still was not working properly.

When I told this to the tech support agent, he seemed perplexed. He then proceeded to change the settings "another way" and then told me to update my remote again. After he did his thing, it finally worked. The remote was finally performing the delays like it should. Also, it seems after he did whatever he did that I was able to manually change the power on delay through the on-screen remote menu as well.

Hope this helps save someone some headache. Bottom line...you will probably have to call tech support if you are in the same situation that I was in, and hopefully you get a good agent. The first guy I called sent me an email with some FAQs from Logitech's help site that didn't even pertain to my remote. His name was Mario and he didn't speak clear English. Alex, who coincidentally did speak clear English, was the second agent that was much more helpful and got my remote working properly.
