Nokia e71x - Turning off data, and changing "My Number"

I just got the e71x for my dad and to make a long story short it was upgraded on my line and switched to his. So when I call his e71x from my phone it shows up as "My Number" on his phone. I looked through the settings and can't seem to find the section that most phones have where it says "My Number" and you can change what your number is. Is this possible on the e71x so I can change the "My Number" to his cell phone line instead of mine?

Also, I got this phone for my dad without a data plan. He's not that great with technology and I'm worried he might accidentally access the internet and use data occasionally without knowing. Is there any setting or way I can turn data off on the phone so if he does access the internet or an application that uses data, it will prevent him from connecting?

For all who still might need the answer to this question, there is an app in Ovi Store called SmartConnect that you can control your data with. Also, deleting some APN settings will prevent the phone from establishing data connection.
