Question about
New Firmware
I am running version 3 firmware on my LG Dare. I would check the software update on my phone and it said no updates. Now I see that you have to go to the store to get it updated. It looks like they are up to version 7. Does anyone know what the updates do to the phone?
How do I know what version is running on my phone? There's a bunch of numbers in the "SW/HW version" section of "Phone Info"...

If there is a new version the Verizion store and the actual call center have no record of it. Is this version 07? I just went to the store to get it and they do not have it.

My phone says [SW Version] VX970V06. Hopefully it's the V06 people are talking about? Where did you guys hear that it's up to version 7?
