Question about
My zune 120 just died
recently my zune just died on me. Before, when i charged my zune via adapter, a very dim battery image appeared on the screen... and my computer noticed it...but now when i plug it into anything nothing shows up on the screen and my computer notices it as an unknown USB device.... ever since all of this happened, i was never able to turn it on via buttons...
is anybody else experiencing this?
what should I do? (and no, im not going to take this thing apart)
RIP zune120

Try completely formatting the device. Press and hold Back + OK + Play/Pause and follow the onscreen directions.
