My ZonePlayer ZP100 Dont power up anymore need help

Please need help with my ZP100, when i plug it to the mains it doesn't power up and i cant seem to open it to see if a fuse is burnt out. Any suggestions???

The best thing to do is contact Sonos Support. If it is out of warranty, you may be eligible for an out of warranty replacement. Please do not open the ZonePlayer, as this will make it ineligible for replacement.

My had the same problem. I found out that both fuses (T4A 250V) were burnt out and need to be replaced.
