Question about
My Kindle Keyboard has frozen again and it will not respond to all the "tricks". I have held the power switch for 20 and 30 seconds. Just over a year old. Help?

I had this and resorted to removing the back cover, disconnecting the battery and forcing a hard reboot. If you go down this route do some research on YouTube (Google for 'Kindle Disassembly') and take care else you might end up doing what I did and breaking the volume switch. No big deal for me as I never use it.
