Question about
My Harmony 1100 LCD screen just failed. I have an iPhone and an iPad. Is it worth it to gets this or a harmony one?
I am controlling a Denon receiver, TiVo, Panasonic TV, and a PS2
It really depends on the person using it more then the actual devices you are controlling IMO. I have both the Harmony One and the Link and i think for me the Harmony one is better.
I change channels and use the on screen guide or skip ahead feature of my DVR a lot, other people watching TV with me find my constant use of the remote quite annoying.
If you are more normal then i am and IF your particular Cable operator is supported with the onscreen guide feature of the remote on the iPad then i would probably recommend the Link.
As usual for Logitech the hardware on both products is great and the software not so much.

I have almost the exact same setup (XBOX instead of PS2) and I just installed the Harmony Link. I had the Harmony One, and it worked great, but we just got a new entertainment center with wooden doors that stay closed, so I needed the IR capability. It works great. I still use the Tivo app on my iPad for changing channels because I think the interface looks better than the Harmony app. I also ordered extra IR blasters from Harmony because I have two different cabinet shelves with equipment and sometimes the XBOX didn't "see" the power command. The Link has an input in the back for an extra set of blasters, and comes with one extra blaster. All in all, the device is working flawlessly.
