Question about
Magic Mouse not pairing with my MBP when it wakes from sleep?
My primary mouse is the Magic Mouse and I have separate ones that I use at home and work. When my computer wakes from sleep at either location, the mouse does not become automatically paired with it. I have to usually fiddle around with the Bluetooth connection settings for a few minutes before it finally registers the mouse and I can be on my way.
The funny thing is, before I reformatted my computer, both mice automatically paired to this machine just fine! It's confusing and somewhat annoying to deal with two or more times every day when I turn my computer on.
Any ideas?

You reformatted your drive so obviously you have re-paired the devices very recently.
Maybe you should try that again via Bluetooth preferences/ Bluetooth Setup Assistant?
Also, have you tried clicking the mouse to trigger the reconnect?

Weird. So, after a few days, this problem seemed to have resolved itself without me doing anything further.
