Looking at the screen size and resolution of Sharp's IS03, I wonder if it's the same screen as the iPhone 4?

Seems like the same I haven't compared side by side, thought the phone appear bigger.
And it is still a 2.1 as for the 5th of April ( update was suppose to be coming "soon", like last month )
