Lion and Adobe Flash: Fan speed is going nuts! What gives?

Since I've upgraded to Lion I've noticed the fans in my Macbook Pro getting insanely loud after only 5-10 minutes of watching a video that incorporates Flash. Is there anything I can do about it?
