keyboard starts to fail, anybody an idea?

The keyboard seems to become more and more laggish. Meaning it does not compute keystrokes (only partly) or registers several repeated key strokes even though I only hit the key once. Interestingly, this comes and goes and I might be able to write several sentences in a row. Furthermore, it also seems as if this only happens after some time of usage.

The battery levels are fine.

Thankful for any input.

Any new device a round that can interfere with the bluetooth?
My Bluetooth hub collapse after about a year, luckily I got it working with a Belkin USB dongle (with the right stack).

hmmm, no. But I think I can reproducibly type after starting up the computer and then with time it seems as if the connection fails... I try the dongle on a different USB port, maybe this will help. Other than that I would point to the system if it keeps getting worse with time after starting the computer... But thanks for the input.

I will also check it on another computer today, maybe that will shed some light on the problem ;)

just in case it might be interesting to anyone. I tested the whole setup on another computer. It seems, as if there is only a problem if I download heavy files such as a youtube movie within the browser. This is also true if I do the same on another Computer, running Windows Vista (current one Windows 7). In both cases I used Chrome. However, it is also the case when the heavy download is done in another browser such as firefox.

To me this looks strange and I will contact Logitech directly. If I find a solution, I will post it here...

i had a huge amount of problems like this with the diNovo edge, which is also bluetooth. the problem turned out to be that i had the bluetooth usb key plugged into the back of the computer. i got a usb extension cable and moved the dongle to the front side of the computer and haven't had any problems. it's a very picky implementation of bluetooth!
