Question about
Keyboard response too slow?
Has anyone experienced a slow responding (soft) keyboard when typing. It's like it has to catch up my speed, and it it misspell words because it didn't register that I pressed them. Any solutions? I've tried alternate keyboards already including Swiftkey X.
Is it all the time or only with specific apps?

Just about every app. It seems like the initial time that the keyboard is activated, there is a period where it gets a little wacky. Would rooting/ an alternative ROM do the trick?

recently I was also unhappy with the performance on my inc. So I tried some custom ROMs. Currently running Kingdom Gingersense 3.0 with no lag issues, which uses gingerbread with the new sense 3.0. The only downside to this ROM is you can not record in 720p.

I noticed that clearing out text messages you don't need helps. There is a setting where you change the number of texts to keep in a thread.
