I think it's been about two weeks, but I'm not entirely sure. So, as an experiment (and in order to better quantify how fast I burn through batteries), I'll use this thread as a reminder (will bookmark in Delicious and update when I next replace my batteries).

Update!
Batteries in my mouse at work just died.
Looks like it lasted almost a month! That's not too shabby.
