iTunes Match - Matching and Uploads
Is there any way to differentiate between the songs iTunes Match has "matched" versus the ones it has "uploaded".

Sure. While looking at your music right click on the top column header area and put a checkbox beside the "iCloud Status" column header. The values in this column--Duplicate, Ineligible, Uploaded, Matched etc are what you're looking for.
