iTunes 9 and the Shuffle 2G

Has this release of iTunes changed the way your Shuffle syncs? Anyone having issues?

Previously, I have had trouble loading podcasts on my Shuffle through Autofill. I'm not sure yet if iTunes 9 improves this issue.

BTW, it drives me crazy that I have to modify the "Skip when shuffling" option every time I want to load podcasts on my shuffle. I have to select the podcasts, get info, and change this option every time I sync to podcasts. Lame.
