NFC seems like a cool new tech and I've already go plans to try it out using stickers to trigger certain functions about the house, but is it possible to transfer data between my Galaxy Nexus and my Windows 7 PC?
I've been inspired by HP's Envy 14 Spectre, and was wondering if there are any chips or peripherals available. I've found USB readers/writers, but they don't seem to have the same function.

Actually, the Spectre 14 is expected to be one of the first PCs with NFC to transfer data like you asked! From what I've read on the CES news, little is known for sure. NFC will be common in the next generation of PCs and Ultrabooks more specifically. I can't wait!
