Question about
Is there any way to use a five finger pinch gesture with the Magic Trackpad?
Since getting the Magic Trackpad I have created a number of custom gestures that are extremely useful in my workflow using BetterTouchTool. BetterTouchTool has a lot of gestures to choose from and can be applied to nearly any action you can imagine. After using a developer enabled iPad for so long though I find myself wishing I could use a 4-5 finger pinch gesture while using the Trackpad. I haven't been able to find any software capable of doing this however, which is rather disappointing. Has anyone found a third party piece of software capable of utilizing 4-5 finger pinches on the Magic Trackpad?
You need to grab BetterTouchTool from blog.boastr.net/. It is a custom preferences panel that allows you to create your own set of gestures for global actions and on an app by app basis. It includes all sorts of extra gestures including five finger swipes, taps and clicks.

I've been using BetterTouchTool for a while now as I mentioned in my question, it still lacks a five finger pinch gesture though. Even the five finger swipe gestures seem to be finicky at times so I tend to avoid using them. Don't get me wrong, BetterTouchTool is very well done and extremely useful, it is just this one small feature I'd really like to see implemented and if it won't be I'd like to be able to tack it on from some other piece of software.
