Is there any way to check the battery level on the device itself?
This would be an awesome feature and with all the backlights and colour screen, I'm surprised it's not there and if it is, I'm either blind or it's very well hidden! If there is a way to check how much battery power is left, I would love to know how!
Although I haven't seen an answer and it doesn't seem possible, the device does tell you when the battery is low. You get a drained battery graphic with a warning symbol to let you know. How much extra time this gives you, I'm not sure, but after about two months without a charge, it's lasting a decent amount of time.
