Is there an e-reader on the market that has a camera on it for web chatting?

I want to get an ereader but I want to buy one that has a built in camera on it so I can use Skype, gmail video chat, etc. Does this gadget exist?

There is, and it's called an iPad 2. Skype works fine, has e-reader apps from all the major players, and allows you to do Google talk video calls as well. If you want a good experience, then this is certainly a good way to go.
