Is there an App that I can use to create an SMS message on a mac, and then use my 3Gs to send it?

I am too fumble thumbs to type on the 3gs keyboard and would like to type out SMS on my mac, then automagically send using my phone, but can't find an app for that. Do you have one? Cheers!
