Is there a way to make DS games windowed permanently?

I'm tired of having to press start+select each time I want to play The World Ends With You. Sometimes I totally forget and have to restart the game. So, like the title says, is there a way?

Currently as far as I know (and have tried) no. They could bring this out in a software update so stay tuned :)
