Is there a way in Lion to have "Natural" scrolling for the Trackpad but have "Normal or Un-Natural" scrolling for the Mouse?

I looked through the BetterTouchTool (third-party gesture tool for Mac) prefs and didn't see anything that would help. But you might want to look into it yourself: www.boastr.de/

You might also consider contacting the developer to see if that feature could be added.

Unfortunately, no. Natural scrolling is a preference built into the OS, and is not device specific. Without some kind of third party solution to control your mouse, you'll have to either use or not use natural scrolling on both.

A couple of tools that may have potential but currently don't from what I can see is.

I have both and prefer MagicPrefs just because of it simplicity. I have emailed the developers of both to see if they can come up with something.

Your request is bound to pop up more and more. I think a lot of people are cool with the the natural scrolling with the trackpad because it's an iOS-like interaction (love the two finger scroll) and the mouse isn't.
