Although you may be able to jailbreak and install the UI for Siri as Spire does, getting a fully functioning Siri install isn't something that should be undertaken by the faint of heart, or those concerned with the privacy and security of their data. In order to use any Siri port at this point you have to go through a proxy that has been loaded with an iPhone 4s's token to access the Siri servers. A lot of people are using things like SiriProxy to do this through other peoples servers. Doing so means that all of the data that Siri uses is being routed through someone else's machine, including calendar appointments, text messages, emails, and anything else you may use Siri for.
While it is possible to set up your own server you will still require an iPhone 4s's token to connect to the server. This comes with it's own pitfalls including possibly having to refresh the token on the server once per day and having only one device able to access the Siri servers at a given time. I'd recommend checking out some of Chpwn's work on this if you're interested.
