I would check ign.com and the "Podcast Beyond" offerings. A Mr. Greg Miller and his team there have a strong working relationship with Sony and Playstation and offer a multitude of unique podcasts, video walkthroughs, and other content for PS3, PSP, and Vita enthusiasts.
Because they don't work directly for Microsoft if they have an issue with a service or feature too they give honest feedback (for instance the price of Vita memory cards).

I myself never really heard of "Morgan Haro", but then I saw that he's the PlayStation Network community manager.
For Sony Computer Entertainment, they have quite a bit of different community managers, some of which are responsible for certain parts of SCE, like Haro or even PlayStation Home's community managers Locust_Star & GlassWalls.
But for PlayStation overall, the first person to come to mind is Jeff Rubenstein, who is the "Senior Social Media Manager for Sony Computer Entertainment America." Just like Larry Hryb (Xbox's Major Nelson) at certain Xbox events & meetups, Jeff is the one you are likely to see at or hosting PlayStation events in public. He and Sid Shuman along with Rey Gutierrez were the ones that hosted the live-streams from E3 for PlayStation.com, update the PlayStation Blog, and also hosts the new weekly PlayStation Blogcast ( blog.us.playstation.com/2011/11/23/official-playst... )
While you won't see Jeff and the gang on your PS3 telling you about things available for the system the same way Major Nelson does on your Xbox 360, Sony has other hosts for that. There's the every-other-week "Pulse" hosted by Christina Lee ( us.playstation.com/games-and-media/shows-and-tv-se... ) and there's the monthly pay-for video magazine "Qore", formerly hosted by Veronica Belmont, now hosted by Jesse "Blaze" Snyder and Tiffany Smith ( us.playstation.com/games-and-media/shows-and-tv-se... )
And then, of course, there's Sony's faux VP-For-Everything, Kevin Butler.

However, all this that I've mentioned is strictly for the United States, of course. Just as Xbox has a different set of community managers for Europe and Asia, PlayStation has other folks overseas doing the honors.
Hope that helps!
