Is there a known issue with the power button?
I've had two Nexus One phones...One for AT&T and one for T-Mobile and on both devices the power button stopped working...

Yes, my power button grew incredibly inconsistent to the point that it was just about broken before I lost the phone. After replacing it, the new power button felt great. Leo Laporte of TWiT also had his break on him.

I have heard of issues with the power button with users in XDA but I've never had an issue myself. HTC seemed to repair their phones or replace them but that was back when it was still under warranty.
