Well it is, but you have to bear in mind that some markets have... well, unsophisticated tastes.
There's a reason why many carmakers for example replace silver or matte trim with gold trim when selling cars in those markets. Because it's wanted.

I actually think it's too cheap... After all, it's only the price of an iPhone... It should be more expensive to attract the market it aims for.
So, there is a market for exclusive expensive phones, but this one is not enough expensive to make these consumers look at it.
