Is Jailbreaking an iPad recommended? I know the advantages of Jailbreak. What are the disadvantages of jailbreaking?
I heard jailbreaking is legal. But some say that Apple violates the warranty if an iPad is jailbroke. Can someone tell me whether I Can jailbreak safely.. coz i have a new registered iPad and I dont wanna screw up things.

What is the reason you wish to jailbreak? If you don't have a good reason for it, I would not bother. If you do have issues with your iPad, then you should reset it back to factory default before bringing it into apple. This should prevent them from having an issue with you having jailbroken it, but it is possible that they would not honor the warranty anyway if they knew somehow. You need to be sure that your willing to take that sort of risk.

Unless there is some specific task that you absolutely need to do that the iPad can't do, I wouldn't do it. It violates your warranty and it can make things unstable with the OS.
