I know it's just a netbook, but the laggy browsing is really starting to annoy me.
It's an Inspiron Mini 1018.
I'm not really the most knowledgeable about this kind of thing, but I'm guessing it probably won't be possible...

Unfortunately the CPU in that model (and most netbooks) is integrated on the motherboard. Might help upgrading the RAM, switching browsers, or moving to a lightweight linux OS.
