Question about
Is it possible to connect an ipod touch to the internet via bluetooth instead of wifi? mifi and other phone based hot spots have a very limited battery.
Bluetooth should last far longer if it exists.
Apple doesn't officially support this, so short of jailbreaking your iPod touch, the answer is no.
That said, if you *are* willing to go down that route, someone has made an app to do just what you desire: www.iphoneheat.com/2010/04/ibluever-use-gprsedge3g...
