Have you tried signing up for the beta on their website? That's probably the best way to get it. Otherwise you can try searching Google or XDA for the .apk.

Just FYI, Evo's latest official ROM update enabled swype included in the rom. no need to go thru any other steps, just update your phone and enable it!
