Question about
Is it a 2.1 device or 1.6 because if that is the case(1.6) that is really to bad.
New devices what old os's :(
Looks like it's a 2.1 device. Thank goodness, cause I agree. New devices that use older versions of the OS (that may or may not be updated) make me pretty sad.

It's 2.1 but HTC really screwed the pooch with the skin they put on it. Hideous. BUT, I'd probably be using ADW Launcher if I had this phone. It's a pretty stellar homescreen replacement app.
