Question about
Is HDR enabled on the camera app on this Touch? Or is it going to be iPhone 4 only?
No HDR. But really with a camera that is less than 2MP (anyone know the actual spec) it isn't a big deal.

Interesting question. I suppose we'll find out soon. But I'd wager that it's kind of ridiculous to do on a 0.7 megapixel camera!

I remember reading some where that it's iPhone 4 only.

Well, just downloaded iOS 4.1, and it's stated that HDR is iPhone 4 only. Boo, not even the 3GS. :(

Would anyone know if programs like Pro HDR happen to work? I don't want to pay for an app like that only to find out that it doesn't work. I got a free one but it doesn't do much anyway.
