Question about
Is anyone having reception problems with this phone?
I have 4G in my area, and while it probably isn't the greatest, the 3G coverage is at least pretty good. After several weeks with this phone, I have had some problems where I will have 4G reception and it will drop down to "2G" (Edge), or no service whatsoever, all without even moving around! I will be sitting at my desk, and I can watch it change sometimes! I have also had instances where I will open an app that requires Internet access, and I can see the sending arrow light up, and it will be "stuck" for lack of a better term. It will stay lit up and not receive anything, all the while my app is sitting there waiting for stuff to come back. I just want to know if I am alone in this or are there other people with this problem.
I used to have intermittent problems as well, especially with wifi disconnecting. The only solution I found before rooting was to leave wifi calling on, that kept wifi connected. There is an update coming, I believe to gingerbread that should fix all of these problems.

I have gingerbread on this phone now... so much better but the texts are smaller! The network issue you may be experiencing could be network maintenance or interference... Sometimes a reboot of the phone will fix any issues...
