thank you for your time. But while i was going through some threads on the internet where changing the refresh rate to 120 Hz will help the cause. So i changed it as refresh rate matters a lot. so can this help any way.. please do reply. i understand that my monitor is not 3d compatible but in case the refresh rate helps. please do reply....

you must have read wrong. In order to use the 3D capability on *3D capable* monitors you need to turn the refresh rate up to 120hz. However, since you do not have a 3D capable monitor you will not be able to use it for 3D. *It is not possible*.
