Whenever I listen to music on my iPhone and leave the screen on it will randomly pause for a random amount of time then start to play. If i put it to sleep/turn off the screen/whatever you prefer to call it I don't have this problem, but I'd like to be able to play a game/text/use the damn thing and listen to music without it pausing and playing randomly.
Is this normal for the iPhone or do I have a problem?

I have the similar problem. My iPhone 3G play/stop randomly when I am using apple inear headphone, even when I turn the music playback off and lock the screen, it will just start to play after about a minute or so. I found that the problem is gone when I am using any headphone that without remote control.
