Question about
If my bluetooth radio is on, my wifi will not automatically reconnect to known networks. Anyone know how to fix it?
Basically, if I have the bluetooth radio, and wifi radio on and put the unit to sleep, when it wakes it always prompts me for which network to connect to. If I turn off the bluetooth radio and repeat the procedure, it connects to known wifi networks automatically.
This is a known issue with OS X Lion and it's new Bluetooth Stack and WiFi.

One fix I've heard of is to copy the Bluetooth stack out of Snow Leopard and replace Lion's Bluetooth stack with that. Hopefully apple will put out a fix.

I own the new MacBook Air 13" with the i7 Proc. I use a blue tooth radio every day. I switch it off and then shut down the Mac. The WiFi stays on and reconnects automatically every time. If I don't turn the Blue Tooth off before I put it to sleep when i wake it I never have problems with the WiFi but the Blue Tooth will not always re-pare with the mac. So I might be having a similar problem. My fix was to just stop the radio stream and change the audio back to internal speakers them sleep it. To turn it back on I first wake the Mac then turn on the Blue Tooth radio and it waits in auto-paring mode then I switch the Mac to the Blue Tooth device (an Altec In-Motion speaker). This works every time, ya it's a little bit of a pain but the Mac just doesn't seem to be abel to re-link to the Blue Tooth reliably from sleep and never from shut down. Wifi is never a problem, so this is my work around.
