What really sold me on this gateway was the salesman who stated to me that yes it plays bluray.
Wow Exactly what I was looking for:-)
I got it home and set it up and I was still jumping for joy untill the bluray would not play instantly I was upset because the salesman obviously lied to me just to make a sale i'm very upset about this yes nobody gives a poop that I was givin false information right from when I walked up to this computer.
So far still I can not get answers at all of why the company would allow this its false advertizing as well.
Dont get me wrong I love this Computer 10000% But im very let down about the bluray the lies to just sell it I Do know or I should say I dont believe anyone from Gateway could help fix this error that a salesman messed up on but I can surly say if I was selling it I would never lie to a customer just to make a sale to me that is just out right wrong.I also will in the future take my business else where.
I really hope someone can reply and maybe help me with this please?
