Question about
I would like to send the sound from my computer to my android phone, so I can listen to the pc on my stereo, without wires.
Streaming music is not really the point, I want to listen to games and tv shows (which I play/watch on my pc) on my stereo, which I connect to with my phone. I know that there has to be an android app to do this, along with maybe some companion pc app, or something??

It looks like you can try pairing your phone with your computer's bluetooth and setting your phone to be the primary sound output after it's connected. This is all dependent on your bluetooth stack though as some stacks offer different features.
