Question about
I've been trying to decide on a new camera and so far this seems like it'll work best for what I want.
I like how they've created the iAuto mode for beginners, but did they take away the actual settings?
I want my family to be able to use the easy way, but can I still get into the ISO and aperture settings?

The iAuto mode is superb for all the family. It allows them to change settings with simple sliders, for example to blur the background.
In answer to your question though, you still have ALL the actual settings. Program mode, Aperture and Shutter Priority and full Manual mode too.
