Question about
Pigon

I tried 2 different sony bluetooth headsets with the HTC HD7 but it looks like the audio for playing video on HTC HD7 works only with headset plugged in.

I can't make the audio work on bluetooth for video playback. Pure audio (audio podcasts, music playback) works fine with bluetooth. Have you noticed that too? WTF?

Yes i have the very same issue, in fact from what i have discovered after some research it seems WP7 does not support that part of the A2DP blue-tooth profile...yet. It seems a silly omission considering even dumbphone support this, but it because they used an older version in the OS. Very frustrating!!!!

Apparently there may be a fix coming with the NoDo firmware update this month, but that unconfirmed information. I know I have complained to Microsoft and HTC enough about it via twitter, facebook, and emails for them to notice it.

For now we have to endure with half wireless and half wired till they take bluetooth importantly. its only a small software tweak on their part to fix it, so there is hope.
