Question about
I'm having a problem syncing the Pre with the music, photo's on my Windows XP machine.
I've tried Doubletwist and Media Player, but I can't eject the Pre, and when I unplug it and it reboots the file are corrupted.
I had a similar problem. I think it depends on *how* you eject the Pre. I found it was happiest when I went to the icon in My Computer, right-clicked and chose Eject. (Windows 7, so your interface might be different). I don't know why this is different than right-clicking on the USB icon in the system tray, but I had better results.

Do you have this problem if you drag and drop music onto the Pre via Windows Explorer?
