Question about
I like this mouse, but even at maximum sensitivity it's not as sensitive as I like. I turned off inertia, because that feature annoys me.
I have the sensitivity on maximum and i still have to lift the mouse and move it back to get all the way across the screen. Is there any way I can change this?
I have the *exact* same problem with it.
Simple solution: Download BetterTouchTool. It's a free app and it has a ton of settings!

I use it to increase the sensitivity of the mouse, plus, I have it so it detects a three-finger-click as a middle click (SO NICE). Also, you can modify trackpad settings as well, so if you're mobile, you can setup clicks and gestures for that as well (same thing for me -- three-finger-click on trackpad also acts as middle click).
Check it out and let us know if that works for you!

I would suggest Magic Prefs - magicprefs.com - I had exact issue you describe and this useful pref pane specifically for the Magic Mouse addresses this and much more including customizable gestures etc
