Question about
raddevon

I have the receiver connected the my PC's HD6870 graphics card via HDMI then to my LG 60PZ550 TV.

The video on the PC's input flickers, but it is perfect when I connect it directly. This leads me to believe the PC image is being scaled by the receiver before it is output to the TV. Is there any way to prevent this? I can find nothing in the settings.

Holy crap. I just fixed the problem. I changed the refresh rate of the video card to 59Hz in the Catalyst Control Center and hit Apply. Upon inspection, the refresh rate in the settings still shows 60Hz, but everything is rock solid now. I don't understand what happened exactly, but it seems to be working. I have had no flickering in either the image from the computer or the receiver's OSD since making the change.
