Question about
I have downloaded Chrome OS, as part of a Parallels installation on my MacBook, but the Login screen wants a username, and password.
Que? Where do I get these from?

That may or may not work. I had to use the username chronos with no password and that got me in. The second time I logged in I was able to use my google credentials.
I just wish parallels would offer a new build of Chrome OS, this one is VERY old.
