Question about
I have an android phone and any of the web browsers except opera work on 2g or 3g network. But they are fine over the wi-fi. What could be the possible reason?
I am really worried that there is something wrong with my phone. One of my cousin has the same phone and the same operator and it is fine for him? Is there anything that I have to change in the settings? I have android 2.2

Sounds like something might be messed up with your phone's APN settings. Go into Settings, and under Wireless & networks there should be an option for Mobile networks. You'll see an option for Access Point Names there, I'd check to see if the settings on your phone are the same as the ones on your cousin's phone.
